An incredibly huge chunk of us have a feiry desire to attain perfection, becoming our highest selves. Amid the process to Pursuit of Being, we tend to lose ourselves by becoming starkly fixated upon the concept of perfection. We are immensely inclined to adhere to what appeals to folks we associate ourselves with on a daily basis and look up to: thus making us prone to attaining farfetched roles to which bring us no comfort. All this in attempt to appease those around us. Our notion of perfection stems from witnessing the existence of celebrities, conventional beauty standards and concepts of what a "real" man or women should be like. Hence, resulting to a state of oblivion about our true identity, failing to recall that mistakes are meant to happen.

No one has an ounce of a clue to what the actually fuck is going on, there are merely existence of concepts. I personally see no fault in being anxious, worried, depressed, jealous, angry, or associating with negative emotions we excessively suppress and dissociate from. Abandoning these emotions is similar to you ignoring yourself. Every emotion good or bad, is an essential part of who we are despite its server essence. Every emotion good or bad, is here to teach us something. They exist as indicators from your body. Our bodies have ways of communicating to us, whether it be through intuitive thought or feelings. Becoming fixated upon prerequisite lifestyles, toxic positivity, an attained vicious cycle aimed to demolish any facet of joy depriving emotions. To which extends to an endless loop of being mad at yourself for being mad about being mad.....Resistence causes intense termoil within. "Fear is the path to the dark side. Fear leads to anger. Anger leads to hate.", Yoda's famous words. Negative emotions are an integral part of who we are, they are just as important as the feelings of joy, peace and happiness.

Perceptions vary from person to person, attempting to fit into one's box of who you are, their expectations of who they want you to be, or who you want them to view you as, simply leads to self sabotage. If your aim is to be wrapped in a coat of endless warmth of euphoria, then you're on the wrong planet. It is all chemical and you're bound to your flaws, bound to your insecurities and you're bound to your emotions.

Without, hurt, sadness or negetive emotions, you wouldn't really know what true happiness is.

My word of advice to you today is

Learn from your mistakes, forgive yourself. It happened it happened. Accept that fact, (laugh about it if you may) just live.

More than anything, I hope you find the balance you're looking for, like I am hoping to find mine.

Love and Light to all. Stay blessed, I love you and have yourself an amazing week!
